Tour the Fair

*Enhanced Security Measures for Your Safety*

  • Public Safety

    Fire and Police personnel are on duty at the fairgrounds. Fire personnel are located at the front gate with apparatus. The Topsfield Police are stationed in the Public Safety building adjacent to the front gate.

  • Lost Children

    The Lost Children Building, located between the Bee & Sheep buildings, is staffed from 10 A.M. to 8 P.M. daily throughout the fair. After 8 P.M. please go to the Administration Building.

  • Stroller & Wheelchair Rentals

    Located just inside River Gate Entrance in Parking Lot A

    Daily Rental Fees:
    $20 Wheelchair
    $10 Single Stroller
    $20 Double Stroller
    $20 Radio Flyer Wagons

  • First Aid

    The First Aid station is located adjacent to the front gate and is staffed from 10 A.M. until closing daily. The nursing staff is backed up by an ambulance service. Ambulances are on site.

  • Nursing Mothers Lounge

    The Nursing Mothers Lounge, located between the Bee & Sheep buildings, is open from 10 A.M. to 10 P.M. daily throughout the fair.

  • Accessibility

    The Fairgrounds is accessible. Accessible parking is available in all parking lots. Wheelchairs are available for rent at the gate nearest to Parking Lot A, which is also known as the River Gate Entrance. Accessible bathrooms are available in the Arena and to the left of Coolidge Hall. Portable toilets are scattered throughout the Fairgrounds. A comfortable Adult Changing Area is located near the Picnic Area.

  • Sinks and Handwash Stations

    While everyone is being urged these days to consistently wash their hands, the fair has several hand washing sinks in the rest rooms and outside areas. Sinks are available outside the Nursing Mothers Lounge and alongside the Adult Changing Tent (located behind the Nursing Mother's Lounge). Hand sanitizer stations are in the buildings on the fairgrounds.

Annual Equine Expo and Paraphernalia Sale

April 29, 2017 9:00 am until 3:00 pm

Essex County Trail Association is hosting the 22nd annual Equine EXPO. Individuals, groups and businesses make up over 80 booths offering goods and services selling anything new or used for the horse, rider or driver. A demonstration ring will be running all day with a number of great demos scheduled including different horse breeds and training.A silent auction offers a wide variety of items for bid. There will be a food vendor serving lunch. Plenty of free parking and the building is accessible to everyone. An admission fee of $5 (kids under 10 are free)
