Volunteer Picnic


Dear Topsfield Fair Volunteer,

As a Fair volunteer, you are invited to attend the 2018 Topsfield Fair Volunteer Recognition Picnic. You may extend the invitation to ONE GUEST, as a potential volunteer. Nametags, along with your meal ticket and gift vouchers (for volunteers only), will be available in the Arena. Each volunteer will receive a gift and each volunteer household will receive our 200th Anniversary Book published by Yankee Magazine. Gifts will be available at the close of the evening.

The picnic will be held on Thursday evening, July 26th , from 5:00 to 8:00 pm with food being served from 5:30 to 7:00 pm. At 6:00 pm, we will assemble for the presentation of service awards. The cost is $10.00 per person, which has been necessitated by the large number of people who reserve and do not show. This money will be fully donated to local charities.

Please indicate on the slip below whether you will be able to attend. MAKE SURE that you include your name, as well as your guest, your department, and your check for $10.00 for each person. You may pay for the picnic online through our website www.topsfieldfair.org or you may mail your registration to: Topsfield Fair, PO Box 134, Topsfield, MA 01983.

All reservations must be received by Friday, July 13th!!!. If you make reservations and have a change of plans, please notify us, since it is most important that we have an accurate count on those attending as not to waste food. Again, this is a “Fair Picnic” and is open to our committee members/volunteers and one guest only!

This year is our 200th Anniversary! Our history page on the website is evolving and we are reaching out to you for any historical pictures or information that you would like to share. We want to make YOU part of the MAGIC!
